This workshop is designed for beginner HR professionals who want to learn the basics of MENAPAY HR software. Participants will learn how to use the software to streamline key HR functions such as employee management, payroll, income tax calculation, workflow management, and absence tracking, focusing on foundational skills that will help them manage HR tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Hands-On Practice: Gain practical experience in setting up the software to meet your organization’s needs, including customizing templates and managing user roles.
  • Absence Management: Learn how to use absence management tools to track leave, sick days, and other absences.
  • Workflow Management: Understand how to set up and manage workflows to enhance the efficiency of daily HR operations.
  • Optimize HR Performance: Apply best practices to improve HR processes using MENAPAY, from recruitment to performance management.

  • Duration: 4 days, 2 hours per day (8 hours total)
  • Dates: November 25-28, 2024
  • Schedule: Participants can choose from two daily time slots:
    • 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
    • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Format: Interactive workshop including presentations, hands-on exercises, and group discussions.

Day 1: Introduction to MENAPAY

  • Core features: Employee management, payroll, and reporting.

Day 2: Basic Setup and Income Tax Calculation

  • Learn how to set up accounts, users, and customize templates.
  • Hands-on session on calculating income tax for employees.

Day 3: Absence and Workflow Management

  • Learn to use absence management tools to track leave and sick days.
  • Workflow management: Setting up workflows to enhance efficiency and track HR tasks.

Day 4: Data Management and Troubleshooting

  • Effective management of employee data.
  • Solutions for common issues with using MENAPAY.
